I've been a customer of Geoff's for the past 5 years and he's never disappointed me. Always available, always on top of things, can fill pretty much every one of my crazy requests and projects. Getting ready for events and making sure everything shows up on time and is perfect is always nerve-racking but I don't worry with AG.

Super reliable, flexible, and fast. I have been a customer of Automation Graphics for about four years now, and have always been able to rely on them for fast, high-quality service, with in-house design support, and great products. And, in the rare event anything goes wrong with an order, they go out of their way to fix things. One set of superbly constructed, Eddie Bauer winter jackets we had customized for our company actually outlasted the company I worked for! Automation Graphics was a perfect print partner for our last-minute project! Geoff was a real pleasure to work with and even made special arrangements so that we could get our project installed in time. Our installer, Ernesto, was very professional, had a great attitude and did a beautiful job putting large logos in store windows for us. I certainly appreciated him coming out last minute on a Sunday! This team has been so great to work with and has gone above and beyond my expectations in many ways. I can't imagine that being a full service printer and promotional material and tradeshow provider, just a few blocks from Javits, is a very easy business! I suppose that many people need everything .... like, yesterday. All while submitting their materials at the last minute. And all a bit frantically, if not downright needy.
Well, at least I can say that I was that person. A last minute tradeshow exhibit change had us scrambling for materials and Automation Graphics delivered and then some. Everyone was really nice (and i can tell when its faked, nope these folks all seem to love what they do

This is now my go-to print shop when I do tradeshows at javitz convention center. I called on a Wednesday and requested 500 brochures by Friday. Geoff gave me a fair quote and went out of his way to make sure the brochures were delivered on time. He advised me on a file correction that needed to be made. Unfortunately, when the prints arrived there was a minor printing error that covered an important piece of content. The team rushed and had replacements delivered to our hotel a few hours later. Geoff and the team at Automation Graphics are all you could ask for in a printing company. We placed a large order with them in a very short time frame and they went out of their way to accommodate us and meet our deadlines. Furthermore, we had a number of changes that we had to make during the printing process and they were flexible, understanding and patient.
