I have been going to Dr. Vinciguerra for many years. Like many people I don’t like going to the dentist, but Dr. V and his staff are amazing. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Dr. V is professional, caring, always tells you what he’s going to do and gives the best numbing injections (seriously hardly feel them). If your looking for a great dental experience go to Dr. Vinciguerra.

Perfect Dental experience. Ashley went above and beyond scheduling our two appointments. She was terrific when we arrived and helped us at the Front Desk. Great accommodating staff. Johanna our Hygienist is the best! Every time there we request her for her detail and painless treatment.Dr. Mathews is caring, kind, eloquent and so detail oriented. Her explanations of X-rays and future game plan so precise. Another true professional. The office is immaculate. Definitely a FIVE STAR OFFICE. GREAT CARE!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist! I was a new patient today and the receptionist was accomodating getting me in. The hygienist gave me a quick and painless x-ray. Dr cohen was very friendly and knowledgable and gave me the best detailed cleaning I've ever had. They really make sure they do it right and strive for excellence. You get the sense they care about your mouth as much as you do if not more. I highly recommend this practice and actually look foward to returning!

I have been going to this office for years and one take away I can give is that the doctors and assistants are great however literally every time, and I mean EVERY-TIME I go there the front desk is rude. I have been having tooth aches and called to make an appointment when the office was closed and a kind women told me to call back on Monday when it's open. She was respectful and seemed very caring of my concern on the phone. However it's now Tuesday morning and I just called and before I can say hello they just forward me to hold. I had a very pleasant first visit and will definitely recommend this office. Dr. Cohen and the hygienist were accommodating, efficient and answered all my questions. It was by far, the best cleaning I've had.
The receptionists were friendly, the office is clean and well maintained, and I was seen at my appointment time with no waiting. I really appreciate the seamless visit and am happy to have finally found a dentist I want to return to.

Beaware and get something in writing before you get services otherwise you'll be stuck with a hefty bill at the end. This office failed to notified me that they did not accept my insurance. Instead of working with me and charging me what the insurance would have paid them, they billed almost $400 for a cleaning! It's a shame, and unethical how they do business. Before providing services their first step should be to verify insurance.

I have been here for about 14 years now. Let me be clear- I LOVE Dr. Matthews. Dr. Matthews deserves 5 stars. We stay here because of Dr. Matthews. My family and I began to see her when she began working here. Even though I moved to south shore suffolk county, we come back for Dr. Matthews. Should she leave, we will leave also. My BIG ISSUE is with the clerical staff that answers phones and are also tasked with submitting insurance information. Dr. Silverstein is the best. She has a unique sense of humor. Throughout the procedure she explained what she was doing step by step what she was doing. She was super gentle and her assistant was extremely helpful as well. The staff there seems to be sweet and informative. I pray my dental insurance does not change again because I really like it here.

I have a heightened fear of dentists since I was young, but I cracked a filling and needed to get it fixed. I called as a new patient and was able to get an emergency appointment the next day with Dr. Huh. They said he was the best for people who were anxious. They did not lie. He talked me through every detail and even administered a shot that I did not feel. I am forever grateful for his calming methods and manners.

I've been seeing everyone here for the past few years and I'll NEVER switch dentists! Dr V and all the staff are truly amazing, efficient, and super sweet! If one doctor/hygienist isn't available that you wish to see you shouldn't worry cause they're all great and you won't be disappointed. Always someone available who'll take care of you. So once again, this office leaves me disappointed. The hygienist and dentist are wonderful, but the secretarial staff consistently ruin the experience. I came in for a cleaning and a regular check up. Since it had been a year, they asked me to update my dental insurance information and fill out the paperwork. I even ask a question about my insurance, and she says not to worry, that she has all of my information from the last visit. I'm seen by the dentist, get a cleaning, and even new x rays. As I'm about to make a follow up appointment, the secretary informs me that they no longer take

I am a new patient, and I have not seen or met the S/V. So I can review the reception staff, they are not very accommodating in terms of time and communicating with doctors when I have issues. However, the 3 doctors that I met were nice and knowledgeable. I hope I will have a better experience in the near future....

Great experience here for my bi-annual dental cleaning. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have very flexible hours (Thursdays are open til 8pm I believe) so it was nice being able to get my cleaning done after work. They have several dentists, and mine was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very thorough in the work, scheduling was no problem. Recommended.

So let me start by saying how helpful and pleasant the front desk staff is here. I had a million questions about my upcoming appointments and Brittany took her time and walked me through each one. The staff here really makes you feel welcomed and you are never rushed. My entire family sees Dr. Silverstein and Vinciguerra and we are all happy with our experiences. Love this practice. Ellen, the hygienist, is charming and has a light touch. Dr. S is thoughtful and funny. And Dr. V is warm and caring. And none of it is ever painful.
Long office hours makes appointments convenient. I used to work in New Hyde Park, so getting there was a breeze. I now work in Manhattan, and I continue to get my care there. Love the people.

I have been a patient of this office for years. No matter what doctor you see you will not be disappointed. Every provider has wonderful bedside manner, professional and so kind. Time and time again, the staff is friendly, helpful and informative, which is difficult to find in a doctors office.
While all the doctors are great, Dr. Patel is second to none. Each and every time I visit the office, she makes me feel very comfortable and always remembers our conversation from the last visit. I strongly recommend not using this dentist office. While the front desk staff is very nice and the appointments are on time and do not take long, there are a few major deal breakers. The hygienist smelled like an ashtray every time I went (4 years of being a patient) which was just very unpleasant. She also used an electric device to remove plaque, and did not use it well- I left every time with multiple bleeding abrasions to my gums. Worst of all, I was told I needed a root canal and crown, but because I was having zero pain and couldn't afford it at the time, I deferred. I then went to

I had a small divet in my tooth they said they would fill just so i would NOT get a cavity. I came back had the procedure and then I got billed a lot of money. I thought it odd specially because I didn't even use Novocaine... so I called to inquire prior to sending the money. I was told they filled 3 large cavities!!! I explained there must be a mistake I had no cavities no less 3. I was told I was wrong
