Bad bad bad! Completely unsafe and obviously use 2nd rate so-called plumbers. Come to find out nearly all their “plumbers “ aren’t licensed themselves and fall under Drain Pro’s license. Trained by pass down redneck okie practices. Beware! Several of their servicemen do “side work “ while using company van and equipment. This seem to be quite the thing in the 93308. Had them out to work on water heater and he nearly blew the building up. Kick him off property and did it myself. If your desperate, call their office and confirm tech is competent and qualified.
