J. Noble Binns Plumbing Company is a locally owned company that was founded in 1945 by James Noble Binns. Don Schimnowski purchased the company in 1985 as a small service company. Over the past 20 years the company has not only expanded in the service and repair department; servicing Bakersfield and the surrounding areas of Kern County; but has significantly grown in the new construction plumbing field.
The company's headquarters are in Bakersfield, CA and from that office we direct work in a broad geographical area within California. In the early 1990's the company began plumbing installations for newly constructed homes in the Antelope Valley, CA. We have maintained local staffing in the Antelope Valley with our work there being focused on commercial and tenant improvement projects for the past few years.

This company doesn't understand the concept of working for its customers. Instead they rely on calls where they unclog drains. I needed a full build out for a commercial project in 2018. When I called them to get a quote, they asked me to send them the plans through email. I did hopping to get a time frame where they can come out and look at the job to give a price. Instead I just got an email for 80k while all of my other bids were 18k to 25k. I didn't even respond because they must have not took into account that there's a basement that makes all the pipe work more easily accessible

We have used J Noble Binns for a decade or so. Last month they came out and fixed a clogged/slow draining drain for me. The fix lasted a couple of days. I called them to come back out and fix it again a month later (my next day off), they came out and fixed it again....and covered it under warranty at no charge. Awesome job standing behind their work.
