If you check any of the items above, please consider talking with a licensed therapist who specializes in addiction counseling. Help is available both for you, and your family member or friend. Let your friend or family member know that risky drinking and drugging may lead to more severe problems. Don't make excuses for the person using such as calling in to work sick for them because of a hangover.
In addition to providing counseling services, our staff has years of experience in working with organizations to address organizational needs. We are prepared to assist organizations in addressing traumatic events within the organization as well as the compassion fatigue from assisting people through their life struggles.

Hard time getting in touch with the counselor I chose to even to setup first appointment for my son. Day of appointment showed up 5-10min early and no one came out at our appointment time. Waited 10 minutes past appointment time and texted counselor saying we were waiting in lobby, which has no receptionist. No response and waited another 10 min before leaving which was 20 min after scheduled appointment. Two days later and no phone call to apologize or see where the confusion might have been. Will be looking for another counselor.

It took quite awhile for her to figure out my Insurance so even after the "20 dollar copays" she ended up charging me over 300 dollars. Because of that, I switched counselors and my new counselor figured out my insurance the same day I reached out to her. She's very nice, just make sure you figure out the correct copays before scheduling an appointment.

I can only speak about Kyle McGraw who was a godsend to me and my family. I have a family member who is a recovering addict. We had no direction. We had visited several different counselors at different places, but no one seemed to have the experience or concerning heart that Kyle shared with us. He gave us advice that eventually gave us our family member back. I would use the services here time and time again.
