Services
If you are involved in an automobile accident you are required to stop and exchange information with the other driver. If there is an injury or death you must immediately call the California Highway Patrol (CHP) or local police agency and report the accident. If there is an injury but the police don't arrive or if the injured person leaves the scene, you must make a written report with the CHP or local police agency.

I came to his office for a case, this was the first time going to a laser. Of course I was worried about fees for meeting him. But to my pleasure it was free to meet him in person and he let me talk with him till I was confratable with my goals and future steps to proceed in my situation.
