My wife and I had an in ground pool installed by Hempstead Pool and Low Country Landscaping (Scott Hinson) was contracted to do the paver work. It’s been approximately 2 years and I expected some settling. But when I almost fell through the pavers one day, I got really concerned. My wife called Scott and tried to get him to respond but he never did. I know the work performed is not under warranty and just wanted him to give me an estimate on the repairs in addition add additional space for lounge chairs. He NEVER returned her calls, and text messages! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS

Okay install but if you're looking for a company who will continue service, maintenance and communication CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. Disappointing to spend thousands on a project involving irrigation, lighting, plants, trees, pavers and then limited help when problems arise. Other reviews with same issues on Yelp.

In 2012 Low Country Landscape in Wilmington made a beautiful hardscape when we purchased our new home. HOWEVER, attempts for follow up service and necessary maintenance requests via phone calls, texts and through their website have been very disappointing. If we ever did make contact the scheduled appointment usually did not happen. They create beautiful work but it is difficult to get them to return a call and provide little or NO FOLLOW UP! We would never recommend them as it is difficult to protect your investment.
