We paid to have our back yard cleared, filled, regraded, and sodded. The yard still ponds even after their "repair" and we are left with the same muddy yard we had before we paid them to fix it. Their reps stopped contact with me after the "repair" failed. I regret not going with the other landscaping company that quoted the job. They were higher, but it would have been worth it. I am out thousands of dollars and am not sure what to do as I have never been in this position before. It's a shame since I had several other yard projects planned. I have to delay those now and find a new landscaper.

Struggled to get what we wanted and needed from LU. They grossly underestimated the amount of sod we would need so their original $$ estimate was way off in the end. When all was said and done, they wouldn’t respond to emails and calls about our sod as it started to come in. Several feet squares ended up being completely different grasses...

Had them perform three separate jobs.
They are terrible with irrigation work, not knowledgeable in the least bit, having ran a flower bed off of the same zone as the yard's rotors.
They cannot lay sod level or tight, even after requesting it repeatedly. Even found a couple of my dog's toys buried under the sod.
This is the tip of the iceberg. There was no onsite project manager. Calls concerning quality of work were not returned.
If you are looking for landscaping upgrades or work performed at your residence take your business somewhere else.
