Material Takeoffs are priced per the size of the home, as well as the scope of work you are requesting. Plans that are needed at a minimum are as follows: Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof Plan. If your project doesn't fall into one of the categories below please contact us for pricing. You will receive your finished takeoff within 5-7 business days.
