Rock Howard sold my neighbor's property. In the process, he saw outside cats in our rural mini community. After a misunderstanding, I spoke directly to him and cleared up that they were our cats for pest control and we indeed wanted them, and to please remove his live trap from our property.
Instead of taking 'no' for an answer, he seems to have lied to our new neighbors about the situation or intentionally kept them uninformed to set traps on their property. After speaking with our new neighbors we reached an agreement that they didnt mind the cats and didnt want him to continue trying to trap
