If you wish to construct a new building for your company, The Trowbridge Group can help with build to suit sites. We'll work with you to find a site, whether it's open land or an existing building. Build to suit sites are retrofits or are built from the ground up, and you can either lease or buy the build to suit project.

Joe McFarland and the Trowbridge Group have been fantastic to work with. We were not really sure what type of building would work best for our needs, he took the time to understand our business and find a great spot where we could flourish. We have been a tenant now for over five years and the level of responsiveness and support are incredible.
