My first job in the photography industry was at age 8. I had the prestigious job of making little leaguers spit out their rainbow colored wads of bubble gum into an empty Kodak film box as they waited in line to get their pictures taken. My father, Dennis Rooney opened up a photography business and camera store in Livermore, California in 1971.
When is the last time you printed any pictures from your phone, on real archival photographic paper? WORSE yet, when is the last time you backed up your images off your phone to a computer?. and then made a copy and stored them somewhere other than your home? Phones get lost, computers crash. Our kids will not have an old box of portraits of their family members/ancestors to look at like we do of our parents, grandparents and our childhoods.
Each year an amazing group of seniors are selected to be on my model team. There are so many opportunities and benefits to being apart of my model squad. It's not just about being a model it's about being a ROLE model. There are so many adventures planned for this years team, I can hardly wait. If you are interested in being part of the class of 2021 and 2022 Model Squad and having the most incredible senior year ever.
