GREAT dentist for senior citizens!
My mom was really having a difficult time finding a dentist who was understanding to her needs. She is hard of hearing and sometimes misses a lot of each conversation and most dentists did not take the time or care enough to make sure she understood things. Dr Taylor and her crew, ALL of them, are so very kind and make sure to take the time necessary to explain the procedures and costs and really made my mom feel comfortable and safe. Just so you guys know, last time I drove all the way from Seattle to try to make my appointment and it got cancelled even though I was 5-10 minutes away. Yes, I could not make my second appointment, so I got this scolding letter and got charged $100. I have never been treated like this by a dentist. I had a new job in clinical research, which means that my schedule has been unpredictable, not to mention the fact that I work over 40 hours a week and you do not have any Saturday appointments available. And then I get this passive aggressive letter about basically not being welcome as a patient anymore

Very professional and top of the line service. Dr. Taylor and her stuff are really friendly. Shilloh my assigned dental hygienist is very thorough with her work. She's the best hygienist so far have worked on my dental cleaning. Yes they a pricey and recommended couple of treatments I did not expect but they are all explained well. Definitely coming back to this clinic.

To potential patients, I would advise you to go into the office to book your appointment if you're unsure while 'shopping' a dental office. Ask questions ahead of your appointment. You will find that the office is clean, professional, friendly and welcoming. I don't know where to begin this place is filled with crooks! I scheduled an appointment for my husband and told my husband to call me if they tried to charge him for cleaning. My husband called said they want an additional $100.00 so I call the office and talk to one of the employees she proceeds to tell me that they bill peoples insurance as a courtesy! But they charge upfront regardless of what the insurance says they will cover. Umm they type of dental insurance we have is 100 percent normal maintenance is covered. The lady at this dental office tells me that it's insurance fraud

I procrastinated going to the dentist after I moved to Washington, so this was my first appointment in about two years. Even from the start it wasn't a great experience - apparently the only coffee machine is in the lobby, so the hygienists and assistants were hanging out and talking right next to where I was waiting.

I procrastinated establishing with a dentist when I relocated to the area. But when it was time I actually lived on the edge and reached out to a local dentist who is flyer had come to my mail. The flyer had stated that this particular dentist and office had one awards for being the best in Renton and I can see why. Dr. Taylor is very kind and soft-spoken and thorough. I was a long time patient at this practice. I have recently had to say goodbye. Their business practices are extreamly poor. She appears to be super professional, however I have a different experience with her. She is over charging. Watch your bill, check with other more qualified Dentists, get a second opinion from other more qualified Dentists in the area to be sure you are not being over charged unecessarily or she is not asking you to have a procedure or restoration done in your mouth that might not need to be done unnecessarily. Certainly dont let her over charge you.

Dr Taylor and her staff are top notch. I have never had a dentist who is so good at minimizing pain or so well prepared. I needed a tooth capped and both appointments were done under the scheduled time and there was little lingering pain (easily controlled with one Tylenol.)
They are some of the nicest folks in the business too. I have never had any insurance issues and they do a great job with pre-approvals and billing.

I had my first visit with Dr. Taylor and I have to say, it was the best dental experience I've ever had! I've never been too fond of dentists and I was a little nervous at first, but her kind support staff put me at ease. I wish I could remember their names, but the front office staff and dental assistant were wonderful. Dr Taylor was very kind, gentle and efficient! I will definitely be back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience for both children and adults. I have been seeing a dental provider in this space for over 10 years. Dr. Taylor is new to the space and a new provider for both my son and I. I was extremely skeptical trying a new provider as both my son and I have had some uncomfortable dental experiences in the past. My son had a few fillings and Dr. Taylor was kind, patient and communicative. My 11 year old son has much less fear and anxiety after his appointment with Dr. Taylor.
