Robert A. Chapnick, Esq. began his career with the Nassau County District Attorney's Office in 2001. He completed the Assistant District Attorney Training Program in 2002. While working in the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Chapnick prosecuted hundreds of cases of virtually every type, gaining experience and honing his trial skills.

Great service. I got popped with a ticket right before I moved out of state and I knew there was no way I'd be able to fight it in person. Chapnick took care of everything and got the whole thing reduced to a 0 point violation. The Town still extorted me for a $100 fine (because revenue generation is the whole point of the game for them), but that beats the amount I would have paid and the points that would have gone against my license and driving record. Overall I was very satisfied with this service.

Amazing lawyer. I was facing a potential $388 fine and 6 points for speeding in upstate NY. I was driving 21 mph over the speed limit because I didn't see the sign. Thanks to the skills of Robert and his team it was reduced to a non moving violation and $225 fine with no points. He took care of everything and I didn't even need to go into court. He went for me. I used Robert for my daughters first speeding ticket and he got it reduced to a non moving violation, She received another one and didn't have a second thought on who to call!! I got a speeding ticked on the NYS throughway, about 100 miles from where I live heading to Newburgh. I was matched up firm through the off the record app. From the start, all communication was smooth and quick. The Attorney went to court on my behalf, saving me a trip and aggravation. Very good lawyer. I found an app (which I love hopefully will never need again) called off the record. It is an app if you get a speeding ticket, they hire an attorney for you. Chapnick and associates was assigned to my case. Robert was efficient and knowledgeable. I would use him again if needed. Only thing is... little bit more communication with clients would be helpful.
