Services
An attorney who practices Elder Law works primarily with people as they age and people with disabilities. These attorneys use a variety of legal tools and techniques to meet the goals and objectives of their clients. The benefits that one can find by working with this type of focused law attorney will address general estate planning issues and will counsel clients about planning for incapacity with alternative decision-making documents.
A Certified Elder Law Attorney is more than just an attorney who specializes in the field of elder law. CELAs are committed, through certification, to maintaining and improving their proficiency with continual practice and continual legal education. Becoming certified in elder law validates a lawyer's specialty to handle issues that affect senior citizens.
Every year Medicare gives beneficiaries a window of opportunity to shop around and determine if their current Medicare plan is still the best one for them. The Biden administration is calling on Congress to pass proposals to lower prescription drug prices, including allowing Medicare to negotiate with drug companies and capping out-of-pocket spending by Medicare beneficiaries.
We know an individual cannot be an expert in every field of law. In fact, that's why we focus solely on Elder Law & Estate Planning. We have referred many of our clients to other attorneys when their needs fell outside of our scope of expertise. Rheinhardt & Bray has provided the same service for countless other general practitioners and attorneys looking to provide their clients with the best possible legal representation.
Elder & Estate planning can be confusing. The intricacies of composing your will, understanding the probate process, and the laws and taxes that apply to your estate when you're gone is a lot for somebody to worry about, especially later in life. That's where the experienced team at Rheinhardt & Bray comes in handy.

About four years ago Jeff Rheindhardt handled my Mother and Fathers estate when they passed away. He was amazing! Jeff knew exactly what to do, answered every question, had compassion and a deep understanding for these types of situations. I highly recommend Rheindhardt and Bray for all your estate planning need.

This law firm practices ill and shady behavior, the lawyer we hired was that of a con artist, he took my parents money and ran. They are extremely manipulative towards the elderly and fit the stereotypical bad lawyer behavior. They lied to my family and were very unprofessional. I advise anyone seeking legal assistance to not use this attorney.

I've never met a more honest man than Jeff Rheinhardt. Both he and his team are top notch. He spoke plainly and kindly, although it was evident that he had a wealth of knowledge far beyond my understanding of elder law and estate planning. He was the exact opposite of the stereotypical TV commercial attorney, and that was refreshing to say the least! I'd highly recommend either Jeff or Chris for their expertise in Elder Law. If you're skeptical about attorneys (I get it!), just meet them in person and you'll soon change your mind.
