Scott Bielicki has returned to his home town of Sherrill after serving in several capacities in the United States Marine Corps and practicing in the private sector with the Washington DC office of Steptoe & Johnson, an international law firm. 2020 has brought lots of changes, including Scott Bielicki expanding his practice in several ways.

Prior to opening his own firm, Scott represented the United States and corporate clients in complex, multijurisdictional litigation. Represented an investment bank in over 100 fraud cases involving tax shelters purchased by high net-worth individuals.
Scott has also represented hundreds of service members or their dependents in family law disputes. He understands the rules for dividing military retirements and the various complexities of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (the revised Soldier's and Sailor's Civil Relief Act).
