Q: I went to a dental office in the past, and I left without any information about my mouth and also got stuck with a huge treatment plan that I don't know anything about. Is this normal at all offices?. A: We hope that this is not normal, but unfortunately some people have told us that they have had this experience.

Just to give some context...this is my first yelp review in Oh.. I don't know how many years. Over 10 to be exact! I had to stop by and post a review regarding my first visit. Dr. Narita and her staff are simply AMAZING! From the front desk staff to the doctors, everyone is a professional and make you feel right at home. Dr. Lee did a WONDERFUL job on my check up. She's super caring and accommodating to ensure your comfort level is at a max. She made sure to check in on me throughout the entire process from x-rays to cleaning to make sure I was comfortable during the entire time

Dental hygiene is important. If you are reading this your parents should have taught you that. If thee didn't, then there's not much I can do at this point of your life. Sorry
But for those that had your parents teach you that lesson, you should be passing those lessons down to your kids. Brush your teeth, floss, don't eat delicious Boba. Cut down on those gummies. Don't eat all the candy you got on Halloween. And of course you tell them daily like a broken record. And of course, they NEVER listen to you and a few months later they complain to daddy that their teeth is ouchie

Last month, I had the great opportunity to shadow Dr. Harada, Dr. Mie, and Dr. Maki. I could tell throughout my time there that the doctors were very understanding and helpful to each and every patient. They thoroughly explained the problem(s) and what treatment plan(s) would be the best, then went through how they were going to proceed, and finally asked if the patient had any questions before physically beginning the treatment. All the doctors gave their undivided attention to the patient they were treating at the moment, which really showed that the patient was their number one priority with

The doctors here are incredibly friendly and really take the time to care for their patients! They are quick to answer any of the patient's questions in detail. Treatment is also efficient and the whole clinic itself is very clean and organized. The place has a very comforting vibe and is a great place to be!

I neglected my teeth for many years, so when I had to go, I was in big trouble. Fortunately, I found Dr. Narita. She is kind and gentle, caring without being preachy, and generous, always doing a little extra without charging. When I'm seated in that dental chair, it's comforting to see her face. I know I'm in good hands.
