We reached out to Marks&Harrison after I was in a serious car accident. We went in on a weekend expecting to only meet the person who was doing the intake process but our attorney, Penn Crawford also attended the initial intake meeting. Would be 1 star but I feel like I didn’t get to experience enough to even rate that low. I initially called the first time to get consultation on an accident, the young man took my information down to be passed along. The next morning I miss a call from someone at Marks & Harrison , I then return the call , state my name & inform the lady who answered that I was returning a phone call. She asked if I was a client , I answered that I wasn’t a client but had called and given my information the night before. She transferred me to a gentleman who I also had given my name to, he goes on to tell

Joel and Simone were fabulous! They were with me every step of the way and explained everything to me. Simone and Joel were both fast to respond to emails and phone calls. They walked me trough everything that was going to happen and answered every question I had with great detail no matter how small.
