Richard W. Withers is a Senior Attorney with the firm. A fourth-generation Central Floridian, he is a graduate of Daytona Beach Community College and the University of Florida (B.A., 1969) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D., 1972). Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1972, Mr. Withers has a broad background of public and private practice in Northeast, Central, and Southwest Florida before relocation to Northwest Florida.
