Our family had to switch dentists when our original dentist closed his business and moved to Spokane.
Both my wife and I had our first appointments with Dr Culberson today. We were both very pleased with Dr Culberson and his staff. They were all very friendly and thorough. Their facilities were very clean and the equipment was state of the art. I would highly recommend Dr Culberson and his staff.

I asked Dr. Culberson if he could assist me with getting Invisalign for my 13 year old daughter. I told him that I had already seen an Orthodontist but wanted a second opinion. He said he would prefer for his own daughter to see an Orthodontist since children's teeth change because of their growth. It's so refreshing to be able to have a dentist that is always friendly and personable. And, one who is honest. I have had phobias about needles and pain in general but the setting is so calming and the staff are so understanding and patient. I recommend Dr. Culberson to all my family

Hadn't been to a dentist in quite some time but knew I had to get in the back in the grove. Everyone here was so nice! Nancy at the front desk is a rock star!! She went over and above to make sure I had everything set up. Dr Culberson is great. He didn't give me the typical "you need to floss more" talk, just laid everything out and informed me of the facts. I left smiley! Pun intended.

I had a tooth bothering me and Nancy got me in the next day. Turns out I just needed a cap, and Dr. Culberson was able to do it right then. His tricky cap making machine had me out of the chair in 70 minutes with a new tooth that FITS PERFECTLY! I've had a few caps and it always seemed to take a week or two to get used to how it fit and/or a visit to have it shaped. This cap fits in my bite like I was born with it! Thank you to Nancy, Sharon, and Dr. Culberson for being fast, patient, and so gentle!

Pros: nice office, appropriate for kids, great hygienist for younger children.
Cons: more of a personal style issue. I think he is so laid back that it feels a little disrespectful at times. I prefer a provider that greets me as parent and asks if I have questions and makes sure any concerns I have are addressed before he leaves the room.
Overall, we have been there for over a year, but I am planning on seeking care elsewhere.

The office is very cleanly and well taken care of, and the personnel is absolutely excellent. However, be warned, that this office has a tendency to close, out of nowhere, for weeks at a time. 3 of the last 5 times that I have attempted to make an appointment with this office, I was told that they were closed until "next week" or "two weeks".
The convenience of getting a dental appointment, particularly for an emergency, is quite horrible. If you're looking for a dental office that can accomodate you and your schedule, look elsewhere.

First, I'm hard to please. I expect good service, especially from professional services. Second, I want to trust that the people I give my business to will take good care of me and my family. I have had a hard time finding a good dentist and staff for years, until I met Casey Culberson and staff. Right from the beginning, they were understanding to our concerns and idiosyncrasies. He makes himself available to answer any questions or concerns. Even when I had to bring my 5 year old daughter to watch me get a crown, Dr. Culberson kept her smiling, occuppied and happy!
