We are currently utilizing AcuHub's professional answering service. We are so happy with their responsiveness and our patients are constantly letting us know how much they love having a dedicated person to answer the phone.
Not only are they wonderful to the existing patients, but their knowledge of acupuncture allows them to answer the questions new patients want answered.
Other services we tried had no working knowledge of acupuncture and as a result, we had to call new patients back to answer very basic questions. Which used up much of our time and kept us on the phone rather than treating

I love Acu-Hub, their virtual reception services have been so helpful for me and my clinic. I always dreaded and was honestly so bad about answering my phone and getting back to people before, which makes no sense as a small business-owner whose livelihood relies on getting back to people (forehead smack). I feel such relief and gratitude to have Acu-Hub’s amazing receptionists doing this for me. They are well-versed in holistic healthcare practices and can answer questions about acupuncture, were quick to grasp the ins and outs of my clinic and various practitioners, and are always professional
