I graduated with an AOS Degree in Massage Therapy from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Colorado in 2015. My advanced certificates are in the areas of Advanced Neuromuscular Massage, Sports Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. In 2016, I earned my Reiki Master title through Patti Templin in Denver, CO.
Any of these modalities can be integrated into a session tailored to your specific needs or experienced individually. My mission statement is to help others heal, transform, and evolve by listening deeply and generously to their bodies and spirits, and working with those beings to create changes for their highest good.

Heather is an incredibly talented and intuitive healer. From the moment I got on her table I felt safe, supported and spoiled! She used a range of different energetic and physical modalities to help me relax, including cupping, hot and cold stones, warm towels, reiki, and breathing techniques.

Heather has an amazing ability to get right to the problem spots. Having some low back and hip issues and she is able to provide some much needed relief and some suggested follow up stretching. I’ll definitely… be back on my next trip to Steamboat. And her new location is easy to access and find, even on the snowiest day in February.
