Bert is a partner in our Birmingham office, representing financial institutions in the areas of lender liability litigation and loan workouts, with a particular interest in participation and hospitality loans. He also represents financial institutions and other corporate clients in areas of general commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and bankruptcy.
Rob is a partner in our Montgomery office, focusing his practice on bankruptcy, as well as commercial, real estate and corporate law. Rob was a Chapter 7 panel bankruptcy trustee in the Middle District of Alabama for five years and has represented the unsecured creditors' committee and other creditors in bankruptcy courts throughout the state.
Alabama's fifth-largest city, the Tuscaloosa community has a population of more than 180,000 people. While Tuscaloosa is most known for the University of Alabama, it is also home of Mercedes Benz U.S. International, Inc. and a vibrant art community, which hosts the annual Kentuck Festival.
