Services
We've kept our space squeaky clean while you've been away. We'll continue to do so and thoroughly sanitize all stations/rooms and equipment before, during, and after each appointment. We've staggered our appointments and giving an extra 15 to 20 minutes in between services for cleaning and sanitizing.

I stumbled upon this business with a group tour I was doing and omg who would of thought this place was going to change me!! My massage therapist name was Lorraine Osgood, such an amazing, warm, loving human being. The energy she gave off immediately drew me to her, it was like no other. It was like she knew me and what I exactly needed. I got a deep tissue massage and the whole time I was loving it, I workout 5 times a week so this was heaven for me. Wow. Prenatal massage with Jess was AMAZING!! She has magic hands for sure. She released all the pressure and stress from my shoulders , mid/ lower back, calves, feet. My husband got a massage with amanda and he said she was equally amazing!!! If you're looking for a massage while in key west, I highly recommend!!!

Great massage but very poor experience every time with reception girl. Never friendly, often rude, and every time manages to screw up payment. Then responds with talk to the owner. Dear owners stop employing this person as they are actively discouraging business.

The staff was polite and I was in and out promptly, this negative review is in regards to the quality of the service completed. I came in for an eyebrow shaping and tint. The woman doing them didn’t check with me to see how I’d like them shaped and ended up tweezing most of them off. I don’t want anything from the business as it is partially my fault for not communicating better however I would highly advise people not to come here for waxing. Their staff specializes in some services and waxing was very clearly not one of them.

I have been going to Flow Spa for my nail needs for the past 3 years( ever since I moved to Key West) I Love this place. The owner Victoria always makes me feel welcome and gives me hugs! Haley does my manicures and pedicures and she is extremely skilled. I greatly enjoy our chats. Belinda takes care of my husband and he always pleased after time spent with her. It's always a treat when Addie is working, what a smart and lovely young woman.
I highly recommend this first class spa and this wonderful family taking care of our needs.

My mom booked an appointment here for mani pedis the day before my wedding. Early in the morning, she called to see if we could reschedule for later in the day. When we showed up to check in, we were told they had rescheduled us not for mani pedis, but for a couples massage. Despite this being their error, they couldn't accommodate us. We were left scrambling to find another salon. I can't speak for the quality of their services, but this experience definitely caused a lot of undue stress.

I'm torn about this review but after some consideration, two stars is all I can muster. To be clear, I came here for nails. If that's what you're looking for, I'd skip it.
More detail: the lady I had was very nice and I do believe she was doing her best work. However, the technique was pretty old school and the polish application clunky. It's been a long time since anyone has had to use a wood stick on me during polish application because they were being so sloppy. Some updated training may help. Another example is the use of plastic bags on hands and feet. Ugh.

I typically don't get pedicures while on vacation but I didn't have time to do so before I left. And I love my home nail salon as I am very particular about nail salon quality, but I have to stay I had one of the best pedicures (the classic pedicure) at Flow spa. The place was clean and comfortable and the technician, Victoria, was professional, thorough, and overall did an amazing job with prepping, massaging, and applying the color. Thank you!

After searching for a salon in Key West, this is the only one that really caught my eye. The interior is very inviting and serene. What is particularly unique is their small booths to do manis-so clever! The lighting of this place also sets a peaceful atmosphere. I came here solely for a makeup application and the girl (Erin) did a superb job. If you're looking for someone to do your makeup for a fancy event, request her! I really hate to leave a so-so review, because I wanted so badly to love this little place. The website says arrive 10-15 minutes early to slip into your bathrobe and relax. It also says all massage treatments start with 5-10 minutes in a steam room. I'm about 10 days into my 2 week vacation and a little steam detox was what I was looking for. I arrived 15 minutes early, but wasn't offered a robe or steam treatment. I felt like because I was their first appointment of the day, they weren't ready for me. I called and booked an appointment on extremely short notice and Victoria took great care of me. I mentioned that I had tension especially in my neck and shoulders and she focused on those points throughout our session. The facility is clean, nicely decorated, and very relaxing. I walked out feeling so much better!

I really hate to leave a mediocre review because this is such a cute little place and the people that work there seem nice. I think they probably specialize in massages (and that is why there are so many great reviews for that). However, I ran in for a spa manicure on the last day of our vacation. It was about 50 which is about 30 more than I normally pay back home, but guessed it would be an amazing experience. The manicurist was absolutely lovely, but, yikes really bad manicure. It was just clumpy. I stayed an extra 15 minutes as it just didn't seem like it could be dry. 2 hours later

Love this place! It's beautiful, the ladies are wonderful, everything is awesome! Everything at flow is so detailed. From the fresh flowers to the way they treat your nails. If I had a salon it would look something like this! Hold on did I mention this is a mother/daughter business!! Absolutely wonderful experience!

The massage was wonderful! Victoria has warm, fluid hands and a soothing voice. Steam shower afterward. I also got a manicure and pedicure, and they are so-so. Maybe the paint, but it's already chipping :/

I have officially treated myself to heaven on earth! Samantha took great care of me. My service was the sweet hydrating body wrap. It was an hour of bliss. I was scrubbed down, covered on honey, rinsed with milk, wrapped up like a burrito and given the worlds best scalp massage. Then I threw in a lash tint while I kept on marinating in my wrap. After that I showered in a beautiful shower then was massaged with lotion. The entire time Samantha was sweet and very professional. She made me feel very comfortable, I never felt naked, I had a towel covering me the whole time.
