Warm atmosphere. Receptionist, dentist and assistant were all welcoming people and ensured my mind was at ease while going through my examination. Cracked some jokes in between too! They also were super transparent, checking my dental coverage and ensuring all was covered before I went, in addition to being transparent and letting me know of any work that needs to be done and how the costs would be broken down for subsequent visits. Would definitely continue coming to them again in the future.

I visited Dr Sanchez couple months ago and it was my first time to visit at this place. He requested 10+ fillings in my teeth after check my teeth. I was very surprised and suspicious the result, because I have a good habit of oral hygiene and visited dentist twice a year, in the meanwhile, my previous dentist never proposed any of the fillings.
In order to validate the suggestion, I got 2nd and 3rd opinion from two dentists in the last 2 weeks. One is in south bay and one is in union city. Both of them hold a phd degree. They told me this plan was way TOO AGGRESSIVE, and they didn't even think

This is my first time here and I am so glad to say that I've found my new permanent dentist for myself and my family. Dr. Sanchez is highly skilled and has a very light touch. He also utilizes the latest in high tech dental tools and devices to perform his work better and faster. His staff makes for such a delightful cohesive Team!

First of all, I need to say my review is not about the doctor’s qualification. It’s about the patient care, customer service, and COVID protocol!
I scheduled an appointment specifically told the scheduler, who happens to be the doctor’s wife that I need to be the first patient in the morning. Since I have elderly living with me and a new born I need to take care of, it’s very important for me to be healthy. Therefore, I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance.
On 2/23/21, I went to the office right before 9, checked in by the front desk who didn’t wear a mask, all she had was

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I’ve been going with them for almost a year now for keeping up and cleaning. Every visit is like visiting friends. From reception to procedure to payment, my visit was seamless, comfortable and easy. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Their facilities and equipment are all sparkling new and modern. I've had bad experiences with other dental practices in the past, but Eden Shores made my visit painless (in every sense).
