NursePartners
NursePartners practices The GEM Level Approach to Dementia care. We let go of what is missing, while emphasizing what remains to make life meaningful. The goal is to provide services to assist someone living with this ever-changing condition to help them live fully in their moment. We build relationships beginning with our first interaction.

After an initial assessment, we create a plan of care together and select the best suited certified nursing assistant (carepartner). Personalized care and the establishment of harmonious relationship are essential. As a medical staffing agency, we retain qualified and skilled professionals (RN, LPN, CNA).
Services
We offer a number of health care services, from home care to staffing. Our divisions help match qualified nursing professionals to assignments that fit your needs. NursePartners is a licensed home care agency that specializes in delivering highly individualized, quality care in a client's home or residence.
A nationally credentialed dementia instructor and registered nurse, she is passionate about providing support to those living with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. Over thirty years in geriatric care is testament of her passion to care for older adults. She works closely with each carepartner to optimize results for our clients and their families.
There are many factors to consider when choosing a nursing home or assisted living facility, and the three most important ones are whether you need memory care or incontinence care, whether you can prepare your own meals, and how you plan to pay for it. NursePartners discusses these three in detail.
Touch can also be reassuring. Holding their hand or feeling different textures can be a way to communicate as their traditional conversational skills worsen. Consider putting together an activity box, or Easter basket, if applicable. Remember, this should be a fun activity so do not worry if the end result is not as imagined.
Falls are a common and serious problem affecting many older adults. Individuals suffering with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia however, are twice as likely to experience annual falls and fractures. This varies from a range of factors including medication, night waking, shuffling, weakening musculature and balance.

I could not say more positive things about Nurse Partners. The immediacy of their communications was amazing. Calls were responded to in a very timely fashion. The care helpers were compassionate and professional. The patient is their primary concern and will do anything to address an issue or solve a problem. Everyone in this company is an A+, which seems to be rare in this industry.

Their help is good, but business operations are very poor. They are more interested in the money rather than the care of their clients.
