International Consulting Group, Inc. was founded in 1993. With over 150 clinical staff we are committed to improving patients' health, their well-being, and most of all, their quality of life. ICG offers an extensive range of programs and specialized services. For those individuals whose English is not a native language, we provide bilingual services.
ICG Rehab Services is the forerunner of Early Intervention services. Licensed, Credentialed Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Developmental Therapists provide evaluations, assessments, and treatment to children from birth to three years. Our experienced therapists provide the family and/or caregiver with education and training to support their child's needs within the context of a natural family environment.
ICG Home Health Care Services provides quality, in-home and telehealth skilled nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and medical social services for both pediatrics and adults. Our experienced health care professionals provide the client and/or family with instruction, education, and training according to their doctor's orders.
ICG's licensed professional counselors are experienced in treating a variety of mental health topics including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, life transitional stressors, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and career/professional development. We are available for individuals, couples, and family and group therapy in a variety of modalities, including such cutting-edge approaches as telehealth therapy.
The Brain Injury (BI) Program is a Medicaid waiver program through the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) Office of Rehabilitative Services (ORS). It was established to provide individuals with home service assistance in order for them to remain in the community and out of institutions such as nursing homes.

Tina was my sons PT throughout his whole time in EI. Could not have asked for a better therapist. She was professional and knowledgeable in her field. As my sons therapist she was one of his biggest cheerleaders and a strong advocate. She went above and beyond to obtain the best equipment and supplies my son needed to succeed.

Maria Marlega has been a wonderful addition to Victoria’s development & therapies. We started early intervention at 4 months old and my baby has come so far. Maria also has a positive bedside manner and gave me emotional support and great advice in the beginning during so much unknown. We are so thankful for all that she has taught us. Her guidance is attributed to where my almost 2 year old is today.

We used ICG for speech and occupational therapy for our son from spring/ summer of 2019 until Feb of 2021. The therapists were knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to get to know our son and our family so that they could provide personalized strategies to help him develop. We saw immense progress in our son's development during this time and are grateful for all that ICG and the therapists did to help our family.

I called several time for information regarding home care services. No one would answer. After several calls I was finally transferred to Ivana, who hung up on me twice. Her cell phone was ringing in the background and sounded like she was on a personal call. I called back and she said "you're just going to have to call me back" and then hung up on me. Very poor customer services. I have no idea who would hire this woman, but she is definitely not good for their business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
