If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I contacted Mr Patterson about 6 months prior to the lease expiring on my current location. I needed a new location because I didn't need as much space as I had and my landlord almost doubled my rent. Mr Patterson showed me several locations, some better than others, obviously. Virtually all would need at least some modifications, which I expected. Mr Patterson would send me floor plans to modify so he could begin the negotiation process, which I did. The problem was, Mr Patterson apparently never did anything with the plans. I never got any quotes back
