Precis Engineering, Inc. was founded in Ambler, PA, in 2005 with a commitment to providing strategically sensitive and technically complex engineering services with an emphasis on project leadership. Today, the leadership team includes founding principal Robert Dick, PE, and principals Vincent O'Brien, PE; John McCullough, PE, and Josh Capparella, PE, LEED AP BD+C.

Precis is providing full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and process engineering services for the multi-phase renovation and expansion to the existing Veltek facility in Exton, PA. Veltek is a global manufacturer of clean room cleaning products. Currently occupied primarily by laboratory and office space, the new facility will be used to prepare chemicals that support multiple cleaning, sterilization and disinfectant products.
