My time in leadership with State Farm led me to many different locations in California. As a 4th generation Santa Barbara County native, it's great to be back home with family and friends.

We have been with State Farm for several years when Jane Macedo was the agent. We have never had a problem until Ric acquired her book when she retired. NOW, we have problems. Our coverages have been increased and Ric doesn't respond to several emails. During the Pandemic it is important to go through expenses to find savings. I was shocked to see that I have a quarter of million-dollar coverage on my auto policies. Very expensive luxury cars do not cost this much. Since Ric decided he cannot call me, this review is to inform him that we're looking at moving to another agent.

When I first signed up I needed the insurance right away to give to DMV. Rosa helped with everything going above and beyond excellence. I also needed help today and Eric helped right away and he was kind and very understanding. I feel safe and secure knowing State Farm really cares and very reasonable price. I recommend State Farm. They are awesome.

I came in with hopes of opening a life insurance policy and left extremely satisfied with my overall experience. Kait Cortenbach is the agent who I worked with and she was incredible. She was so knowledgeable, answered every question I had, and was so patient. I highly recommend Ric Baldiviez State Farm but more specifically working with Kait, you will be very pleased.

Ric Baldiviez's State Farm staff is amazing. Especially Kait Cortenbach. Each client is treated like a person and not just a number. She knows each of her clients and their individual needs. She is always thinking of ways for her clients to get better coverage while also saving money. Would highly recommend this office for anyone who wants all their insurance needs met with individual attention and respect
