This company doesn't even deserve a star tbh. I didnt get a dollar back from my deposit for cleaning fee, blinds, $700 painting "beyond normal wear and tear" replacing a brand new filter i just installed even though our ac was broken for months (was fixed few days before move out). I spent from morning to night cleaning every inch of that place and still found items from previous renters (I doubt they hire professional cleaners), and about the paint it's ridiculous because there was a small patch that peeled upstairs and theyre charging me to paint for entire downstairs (look at pics). Worst company ever. Family gets 29 days behind after job loss, trying to get a couple paychecks from new job, and over 16 days of kids with covid….they serve them with 10 days to get out…right before Christmas. After 1.5 years of NEVER missing a payment. Please rent elsewhere. Not to mention they allowed active mold after water loss from a BAD ROOF to stay in our house for months. Even then we still paid rent on time

I wish I could rate this review lower than I did. Absolutely unprofessional, Was told to keep in contact and went a week with no response. I had to go to the office to actually get in contact with anyone. Handled the situation completely wrong with false promises and lies. Would rather be homeless.

I was texted by someone who told me to contact them. I called them shortly after to talk about the situation. While talking to this person they brought up the deposit and asked if I had paid the full deposit. Once I told this person that I had in fact paid the full amount they told me I would

I’ve been working with Alpha for roughly 5 years and can say they are:
1. Easy to get in touch with, which is hard to get these days.
2. Quick to get things done and rented.
3. Their application process seems so “air tight” that it really weeds out bad tenants.
From an owner, I can say 5 stars all the way around and have recommended them out for many years.

I couldn't be more pleased with Alpha Property. They were professional, prompt, and had great communication. Any maintenance issues that occurred with our rental were addressed same day or the following day. The folks at Alpha were super helpful and friendly too. It was an easy process from the showing/move-in through move-out. I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I have used Alpha to manage our property going on two years now and have been happy with their service! Being from out of state, it brings us peace of mind knowing that our home/investment is in good hands. The staff is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and their software system is user-friendly. We love being able to see our owner statements each month on their online portal, and their accounting process makes for an easier time filing taxes each year. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. A property was listed on the Alpha Property website that my family was highly interested in. We contacted Alpha Property and started to email back and forth. I submitted an application, paid for it and was then told that I had to pay for a background check for each adult that would be living in the home. In the end I paid over $100 in fees. Let me start by saying that the house is not move-in ready. We were able to go and take a look and it had not been cleaned since the last tenants moved out, the garage was full of the owner's belongings

I used Alpha Property as a property manager. I got a repair bill with a stated lump sum of money with zero details of materials, labor, etc and zero details of who did the work. When I asked for such details, as all good business should provide, my several requests were ignored. With my last request, the owner sent an e mail stating:
Good afternoon,
Okay. I will have security deposit and keys ready on Monday.
