In order to do that you need a tribe of knowledgeable, compassionate, and loving people. Every teacher at Del Sol was once a student at Del Sol. They are inspired to move you to be the best version of you and honor you exactly where you are.

Claudia has been teaching her love of yoga for the past 20+ years. Services
Yoga at Del Sol incorporates the tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and the concepts of equanimty and impermanance to help build self acceptance, strength, and the resilience to face life with open arms. Our practices have been mindfully crafted to help the practitioner experience a full mind, body, and spirit journey.
This class is a skills and drills based class that focuses heavily on fitness, strength, flexibility, agility, and spacial/situational awareness (your awareness of yourself and your surroundings). Students will learn to block, punch and kick hard, fast, and accurately. They'll learn how to doge, escape grabs, and react when they need to.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. Tai Chi is like a moving qigong that is also a martial art. This class will be focused on increasing the awareness and sensitivity to Chi/ Prana in the body. The word Qigong (Chi Kung) is made up of two Chinese words.
It's pretty hard to beat One on One attention, in fact it's one of the fastest ways to move forward in a safe and effective manner. All of the Teachers and Instructors at Del Sol have been taught by Claudia and Thomas personally and all have the ability to help you along your path.

Whether it's Yoga, Kung Fu, Strength and Conditioning, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, or Plant Based Cooking we can help you out- Schedule your Free Consultation today and we'll get you started.

The yoga classes at Del Sol are nothing short of fantastic. Locally owned and operated, Thomas and Claudia provide unique yoga practices you won't find anywhere else in Austin (or possibly anywhere in Texas). Each teacher provides options for adjusting the posture to your individual level with opportunities for making your practice as easy or as challenging as you need. Proper breathing techniques are explained and incorporated into each movement rather than just being told to "breathe" once you arrive in a pose. New yogis and advanced yogis alike won't be disappointed at Del Sol. And, they now

I did teacher training with Claudia and Thomas and had a genuine and challenging experience. They both bring a unique perspective and style to the training and compliment each other very well. The summer intensive program was ideal for my schedule and I could not have asked for a more responsive and caring attitude from them from beginning to end.
Also, Temple on Sundays is easily my favorite group yoga experience by far! Check it out!

My husband has attended yoga with Claudia twice a week the last two years and since is very first day (as a skeptic), he has hardly missed a session. He is the last person I would ever have expected to even try yoga but Claudia and the experienced participants enthusiastically welcomed him at his level (i.e., doubtful beginner) and now he's one of the fit and flexible regulars.

Del Sol is my home away from home. A sense of community is such an important aspect when looking for a martial arts studio and the entire Del Sol Kung Fu family is so welcoming and an absolute pleasure to be around and apart of. Sifu, (Thomas the owner) is very approachable, a wonderful teacher, and is very knowledgeable! Del Sol is the perfect mix of intense workouts and traditional Kung fu.

Such an amazing place! We first discovered Del Sol through kung fu with my son. He has been coming here for 5+ years and the instruction, care and guidance he has received from Thomas and the other teachers has been amazing. I began taking yoga classes there not too long after he started kung fu and my mind was blown. This is not your average yoga studio and these aren’t your average classes. Hot, heart-filled, introspective, and fun classes set to awesome tunes and infused with huge amounts of love. As they say “All hearts welcome” and they mean it. Thomas and Claudia have put their all

This is truly the best yoga studio in Austin. Claudia and Thomas, the owners, live the yoga off the mat. They are extremely knowledgeable teachers with many years of training and teaching. I know that when I am practicing, I am being guided from advanced teachers. There is also wonderful community and you are bound to make some friends! Trust me, go to Yoga Temple Sunday’s at 11 am for a sweaty, heartfelt experience!

Del Sol is more than a kung fu and yoga studio, it is a family. My son has been taking Kung Fu here for 3+ years and it has helped him in so many ways. He has grown tremendously as an athlete but also as a person in this process and has gained so much confidence, maturity, and resilience from the lessons, which also include meditation and character building. Physically, he is stronger, more agile, and has improved coordination, which definitely transfer to the other sports he plays. My husband and I both attend yoga here as well and they have THE best yoga instructors in Austin. Cannot even capture

I have practiced yoga 13 years and completed a 200 hour training 10 years ago in San Antonio, Texas. I enjoyed my first training, but I never felt I had what I needed to begin teaching. Four years ago, I joined a studio in Austin, Texas where I first met Claudia and Thomas. Being introduced to their style of yoga sparked a deeper passion for yoga. Soon after, they left that studio to dedicate their time to their own studio. The next three years, I tried a yoga class at nearly every studio in Austin essentially “interviewing” where to revisit a 200 hour training. I found a studio with a reputable

I have been practicing yoga for many years, and hands down, Del Sol Yoga and Kung Fu is my favorite studio in Austin!! I can't say enough about the community they have created. Their yoga classes have been a part of my daily life for five years, as well as for my son in the Kung Fu program. I adore Claudia and Thomas (the owners) and their team of professionals that are warm and welcoming. A nice variety of classes, along with lots of other amazing, family-friendly events. I highly recommend this studio—yoga, Kung Fu, fitness, and community on the next level. Luckily, I live nearby, but they

My Husband & I finally found a Yoga studio in Austin that embodies the mediation, spirituality and energy we have been looking for. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Sunday's Yoga Temple with Claudia was an amazing sweaty experience we will make part of our weekly practice. I wish we lived closer to make this a daily practice.

Oh my goodness!!! This hidden GEM is the most amazing thing I have ever been introduced to. I have done Yoga off and on throughout the years, but instantly fell in LOVE w/ Yoga and this studio the day I walked in.

The owners, Claudia and Thomas are such calming souls, yet so energetic. All of the teachers I have taken a class w/ are AMAZING! Erika's hot Yoga shakes my soul!

I highly HIGHLY recommend this studio for anyone who loves Yoga. It's not just a studio, it really is a family! Plus, there's childcare so that's a plus.

I don't even live remotely close to this

Del Sol is amazing. I went with a friend and then purchased a GroupOn for the yoga program. Let me begin by saying, I am usually not a fan of yoga. But one class with Thomas will change your mind. He is amazing. The music, the flows, the words all mix together for a great experience. The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. What I also enjoyed was meeting other people in the yoga class. Everyone was so friendly and accepting. I would definitely recommend Del Sol!

I have trained boxing, MMA, and various martial arts for 12 years at various gyms. I have never met anyone who knows as much about training, traditional kung-fu, yoga and movement in general as Sifu Thomas Leverett. His wife, Claudia, is a yogi and a teacher of teachers.

At Del Sol you wont just learn pure traditional Kung Fu or Yoga, but you will learn more about how your body works-- and how to get the most out of it. Their approach is holistic in the true definition of the word- " relating to or concerned with wholes or with complete systems rather than with the analysis of, treatment

Namaste All :)

Every Labor Day Austin has a free day of yoga. Dozens of yoga studios participate in this every year. As a yoga teacher and Yogini I look forward to this because it is the opportunity to try a different style of yoga or go to a new studio or both. This year I wanted to go to a place that I had not tried or heard of. I looked at the schedule and decided on the 9:15 hot 'detox' Vinyasa class with Thomas. Many of the participants who came that day were regulars to the studio. However, they were all very friendly and open to me as a new participant and made me feel

I had the honor of meeting Sifu Thomas and Claudia at a birthday party and was coincidentally looking for a place that taught Kung Fu for my son. I was instantly drawn to their energy and insight of health and well being, but still did my homework and checked out a couple other places in my area that also taught Kung Fu. My son tried out a class elsewhere, but there was no competition after meeting Thomas. This was the place for us, we both agreed wholeheartedly. I think it is worth pointing out that Sifu Thomas used to be a middle school teacher. It shows immensely in his ability to reach kids

Forget the typical gym workout routine (boring!) and come do CrossFit at Del Sol! Thomas and Claudia are the owners and the certified instructors. They are great at keeping you motivated and focused yet they will also work with you at your own pace (chronic back problems required me to go at a slower pace with modified workouts). My husband and I have been doing CrossFit at Del Sol for over a year now and have seen a big difference in our fitness and energy level as well as our body shape and weight loss. We love the CrossFit workouts, great people and fun atmosphere. Del Sol offers CrossFit,

After my very first class at Del Sol, I knew my search for authentic Kung Fu in Austin was over. Classes focus on technique, conditioning, forms, and breathing. Sifu is inspiring and motivating and will push you to improve without making you feel uncomfortable. He incorporates a perfect mix of tradition and respect while maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Del Sol for anyone looking to learn some good kung fu!
