Tone Hair Salon

Absolutely horrible. My friend went to tone and her service was just terrible. She was charged almost 400$ by Ashleigh for work that washed out in 2 days. We were high school students, so you would think the salon owner and stylists would be nicer considering the huge payment that was just made. When we went back to ask what to do, we were refused. The owner, Leda, refused to speak to us. Her hair looked horrible, several parts washed out and the underlying color stood out in several areas. I love this place!!! Kind employees, excellent service. Sam is the best, my hair has a beautiful tone now like never before, also he was so funny, friendly and nice.

I saw Sam Hipoli who did a balayage and cut for my hair. He is great when it comes to color- but cannot cut hair and has zero professionalism. He left one side of my head with several inches longer hair than the other. I gave the salon and specifically Sam another chance to fix this.
When I arrived he did not bother to put an apron on me and started cutting that side over my clean clothing. Not once did he apologize for his mistake. He kept trying to make jokes maybe it’s one side. He did not check his work thoroughly despite having already made a mistake once. I left with hair the same length

The last yime i was able to get an appointment here was before covid. Not sure if their poor service is due to covud or not but it is unprofessional and horrible.
No one answes phone calls. They have stupid vertual assistants that doesn't assist. I have been unable to get a hold of anyone. Messaged and sent emails and everything no one responds. I finally make an appointment for tomorrow at five and they reschedule it on their own with no premission, without calling or letting me know to 2pm and that time doesn't work for me. Had a balayage appointment with Samuel and it did not turn out good. I showed him the pictures and told I would like to chocolaty brown. I ended with much bleached golden hair. I was told it looked great and sent away without letting me ask for a change. They spend so much time trying to style your hair with "beach waves" rather than on the actual service you went for.

This was my first time at the Most talked about salon and I am so glad I found them via social media. I had booked an appointment way in advance with Ritika after reading the reviews and seeing her work on Tone’s Instagram page. I don’t have enough great things to say about her. Got my hair done yesterday by Holly and my hair is a total disaster. I showed Holly what I wanted and she said okay, it would take 2 sessions to make the blonde lighter. Which was fine had it simply looked like the balayage I requested, but instead I walked out of the salon with orange patchy hair. My hair before looked closer to the outcome I wanted. I don not understand how it ended so badly. Also they mentioned that they charge per bleach bowl. Sam it's so talented I'm in love with my new hair he did it exactly the way I wanted I have never walked out of a salon this happy with my hair. Thank you so much Sam! He's also super honest and will tell you upfront what he can or can't do with your hair I highly recommend him !!!

Sam is absolutely amazing!!!!! My hair was black and I wanted a change. He said if we do it slow and in stages, he would be able to do it. I absolutely love the honesty and the results have been more than I imagined. Absolutely top notch!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Sheyla is a hair magician! Seriously. I have extremely thick and long, curly hair. She transforms my hair at every appointment. She always makes sure she has enough time for my appointment and is never rushed. She always is really honest with me about what she thinks will look good and what will work with my lifestyle (a.k.a low maintenance!) I look forward to my appointments- she is extremely gifted!
