Looking for an agency where I actually knew my agent. Did a search and found Heather’s company. I filled out an inquiry and heard from someone quickly, which was better than I expected and my experience kept getting better with each step. After the quotes were in, I went into the office to review with Heather. I learned more about insurance coverage in that one hour then the last 10 with my previous agency (whom I never met, was just assigned to). Very happy I made the switch and will be sure to let others know!

We have been with Olson Insurance for just over a year and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Heather is so knowledgeable and explains everything in detail! I'm so grateful to have met Heather and her team at Olson insurance. As an independent firm they were able to find the ideal policies to cover my families needs. In addition to saving me money, which is always a priority, she help me understand the various types and levels of coverage without so I could make the best choice for my family. Wow! We now have more protection while saving over $1,000 dollars a year on our car and home insurance! Heather took the time to point out where our old coverage was leaving us vulnerable and made our benefits make sense. Heather is amazing!!! She’s has years of experience and is very passionate about educating others about what insurance coverage you need.
