Founded in 1984, SEMCO designs and manufactures RF and state-of-the-art FPGA-based digital products in support of U.S. Government Department of Defense (DOD), Government Research Agencies, International Government entities, DOD Prime Contractors and companies with DOD-related contracts.

SEMCO is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the U.S government to participate in the "Range of the Future (RoTF)" initiative, which focuses on the design and implementation of multi-channel antenna pedestal-mounted RF down-converters and channel selectors, RF transport via Ethernet (RFoIP), software-defined telemetry receivers, data transport via Ethernet (TMoIP) and a.
Services
SEMCO has been a premier provider of telemetry receivers for 25+ years, with over 2300 receivers installed and operational worldwide. SEMCO's telemetry receivers include rackmount 6U, 4U, 3U, 2U and 1U Dual and Quad Channel Receiver Combiner Systems, as well as single and multi-channel receiver configurations, including 8 channel receivers.
SEMCO's Tracking Receiver product line consists of 1U and 2U rack-mount configurations designed for antenna tracking applications. Tracking Receivers are configured with either a Windows 10 Operating System (2U) or Linux Operating System (1U), with network software provided for remote operation of both configurations.
SEMCO's Telemetry Signal Simulators are designed as the ideal instruments for telemetry pre-mission checkout as well as boresight testing. These simulators are provided in 2U rack-mount configurations, as well as ruggedized portable hand-held battery-powered configurations.

Designed for pre-mission checkout of a telemetry ground station, as well as for telemetry receiver testing, calibration and maintenance, the available RF output frequency range spans 200 MHz to 5250 MHz (rack-mount configuration) and 1435.5 MHz to 5250 MHz (portable hand-held configuration).
SEMCO's 1U rack-mount RF Multi-Couplers are designed for use with antennas that employ both dual and tri-band feeds (P, L, S and C-Band). These Multi-Couplers provide for single and dual 200 MHz to 5250 MHz RF inputs and provide either 4 or 8 RF outputs. These Multi-Couplers exhibit excellent channel isolation that is typically greater than 70 dBm and linearity across each selected frequency band of +/- 1 dBm.
SEMCO's Turn-Key Mobile Telemetry Systems are designed to receive, record and process current and emerging telemetry formats used at U.S. and International Flight Test Ranges. As an example of one such mobile telemetry system, SEMCO's MTS5000 supports 4 downlinks in P, L, S, C and down-converted C-band (CIF) frequencies, and is designed to accommodate 2 operators, or be fully remote-controlled.
