A brief word about our company's history Our business was established in 1999 by Jack and Kelley Graham. Jack and Kelley are proud parents of three daughters and a son and are very involved in their community, schools, and church. Most of our employees have at least 20 years of experience in the industry, and some have quite a bit more. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Contracted with Jack Graham on a total remodel of out patio with windows/panes. After installation two windows fogged up. Graham returned twice and took measurements but never replaced the fogged windows. Kelly Graham reassured us windows would be fixed last July, yet it has been more than a year now without a resolution. Graham has not stood behind the quality of the products they sell. We have been more than patient with phone calls not being returned. My hopes in writing it that they will do the right thing and fix the fogged windows ASAP. They know how to contact us.

I received a judgment against this company in May. They are aware of the judgment and have chosen not to paid it as of August 6th. I have been told twice that they have an attorney handling it but John (the owner) will not give me any information on the law firm nor has anyone from the mystery law firm contacted me. Beware of this company and do your research.

I cant say enough about how amazing Graham Aluminum is. They were recommended to me by a lady in Publix. She talked about how personable they are. So , I thought why not give them a shot? I am so glad I did. From the sales man to the installers. They really went over and beyond to make sure all the things I wanted were done. If I had any questions they did not hesitate to answer them. Even after all the work was done they made sure to contact me and make sure I was fully satisfied with all the work they had done. I'm sure there is a company that may be cheaper, but you will not get the quality

After A LOT of research reading reviews of local builders specializing in screened rooms we decided to use Graham Aluminum. We were very happy with the room they created for us. Jack Graham came out personally and gave us great ideas for making the perfect room for our family. Every detail that we agreed to from that first conversation, to completion, was completed by the time of final payment. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!
