We've been with Circle Industrial for a few years. We started with 1 suite 4 years ago and are now up to 7, all through their management. We've been fortunate that they've had spots available to aid our growth in our area and at a competitive rate. Issues that have needed maintenance or management attention have all been resolved quickly.

I have been in my warehouse facility in Norcross for 4 years and just signed another 5 year contract to extend our stay. We looked at other facilities, but they are not as well maintained. Additionally, management at our facility has been very attentive to our requirements and manage upkeep without prompting.

I have held large (300k+ sq ft) and small (30k+ sq ft) facility leases in Southern California for the past 25 years, and with Circle Industrial for the last 8. They are the most responsive landlord we have ever worked with. They respond quickly to any challenges that have come up (AC, plumbing, Roof Leaks, exterior issues, etc.) and have always been very fair with us to help mitigate expenses. Good people, and I have always felt like our company mattered to them.

Purchased a property I have been renting for the last 16 years in Decatur , GA, after less than 30 days as the new owners - the unit next door to me had a leak. I happen to come in my office after 8 pm that evening, sent an emergency message to the local property message, they did not respond. We call the next day to speak with Amy who apologize the emergency system I used the night before to report was not working ...results at least 12 more hours of water continuing to flood my suite. We resulted in more substantial damage to my office==my livelihood of almost 20 years. 30 days later 75 percent
