Ginny helped us purchase our new home and then sell our previous home. She stayed on top of our mortgage lender and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Tisa was awesome. I bought a piece of land that had multiple complexities. This property had 3 sellers and some additional work that required lawyers, property boundaries, and lots of other complexities that I don’t want to get into the details. She knew all the connections in the area and where to go to for information to get the job done. If she didn’t know how to do something she knew people who could help.
