Quality deep tissue massage for a good price. Also, a 5% off discount is applied if you pay with cash. My masseuse Sasha checked in with me throughout the session to make sure the pressure was alright. I was not expecting as much face and head touching. But, a good amount of time was focused on my neck and shoulders, which is where most of my knots are. I left feeling relaxed and with much less tension in my upper body.

I was in town on business and decided to spoil myself with a massage. This place was recommended to me by a client and decided to go for it. I was very pleasantly surprised to find plenty of free parking in the adjacent parking lot. I walked in and was greeted warmly. This is not a spa, but a massage assembly line. Clients are worked into a schedule one on top of the other. In fact the guy up front called me not once, but twice before two separate appointments asking me if I could come in sooner. I took my boyfriend here on his birthday for a 2 hour couples massage and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place. The pricing was very reasonable and the staff was super welcoming and actually cared about their customers experience. They do have free parking to the very right of the building, just look for the spots in the lot that have a "karma relaxation" sign above them. This is very resourceful because parking in hill crest is almost impossible.

Just moved near by, and finding a massage parlor to replace my previous one was important. This place was is it and some, very clean and the customer support from the minute you walk into the front desk to the monent you're taken to the back of the facility was admirable. This entire experience was so bad I don't even know where to begin. Starting at the very beginning, we were greeted at the front where we were asked to pay and tip BEFORE the massage. Seemed odd, but we went along with it AND tipped well (regrettably). We were led back to the very back down this long dark hallway and then off to the right down another dark hallway where we actually lost track of the lady we were supposed to be following. Best massage I think I ever had! I have MS and sciatic issues, those combined with 12 hour long work shifts at a desk I am always in pain. i have been pain free for most of a month after my massage here!

This place always treats us amazing. Rooms are nice and calming with dim lights. Comfy bed and blankets. We had Mila and Vivi and they were both so nice and kept asking if the pressure was ok. They each did their own unique thing and ask us where they could focus on the most. They are the best

My first time there and I haven't had a massage in a long time. The place looked very clean and relaxing. My massue was not up to par. I keep telling him it hurt that he was doing it too hard and to be gentle on my lower back and right shoulder due to issues. (I told the guy up front those were delicate areas and to let massue know not to go so hard) Well after that experience my sciatica flared up and I was in pain for several days. The lady up front told me I will be sore for couple of days but not like this! I don't think I will be coming back to this place. I will have to search out another

This def was a "you get what you pay for" type situation. My husband booked us a 90 min. couples message here and was told we could chose between Swedish, hot oil or deep tissue (per the website). When we arrived the staff was very nice and welcoming. The waiting area was a little dirty/tired looking for sure. We were taken back to a small private room that had dirty/wet carpet, possibly clean sheets and only one bed had a cover on the face rest

So I walk in, First thing I see is one of the receptionist on her cell phone while the other is helping a client who walked in right before me. that client checks in, goes directly to the back the front desk receptionist who is not on her cell phone ask my name and the time for my reservation and then she immediately asked if I mind paying before my service.... Really great customer service at the desk but the masseuses just led us to the room and gave us no instructions... some places have mesh underwear to put on or they want you to lay a certain way but they closed the door and left us there. I was especially confused because my massage was a prenatal one and I saw no pillow and didn’t know how they wanted me to lay. So my husband and I had to open the door and find someone in the hall to explain what to do. My masseuse didn’t ask what pressure I wanted so I kept hoping the massage would get better but it didn’t. I eventually asked her to change

Jessica at the front desk was super sweet and got me in same day! Checked temperature at check-in and got me set up with aromatherapy.
Amy did a phenomenal job and worked on the areas I needed.
Facility is clean and following COVID guidelines. Highly recommend!

My daughter treated me to a nice relaxing aromatherapy massage with Jack and she had Amy. It was amazing 🤩 it’s been about a decade since I’ve had a massage, but it was much needed and I’m glad I went. I was a little apprehensive with the whole COVID thing, but the facility was very clean, they took our temperature and everyone had a mask 😷 so I definitely felt safe. Next time I’m booking 90 minutes.
