My name is Misty, my husband Bruce and I own Misty Westebbe Photography in Franklin TN. I have always loved photography but more than that I love telling each family's story. I love all the different stages that I get to photograph. When you bring your newborn to me to photograph the tiniest moments, I get to share in your joy! Then as the family grows I get to see the new additions and the changes of each and everyone as they grow.
Step into the English Countryside with our picturesque English cottage gardens and discover a fairy tale setting for your photo shoot. Our garden paths wind around the grounds, inviting you and your family to stop and smell the roses as you make a memory that will last forever. Our winding path is edged with an overgrown border of lavender, sweet peas, daisies, wallflowers, peonies, and old-fashioned roses.
At Misty Westebbe Photography it is our joy to serve the families in Franklin and the surrounding Middle Tn area. We start with the phone call to get to know you, your family and your photographic needs. As soon as we get you on our schedule we plan a consult time to come to your home, meet the kids, find the walls you want your portraits hung and sort through clothes to find the perfect coordinating outfits!
For 2020 we have added a choice of a newborn shoot in the comfort of your home. These shoots allow you to use your beautifully decorated nursery and other rooms of your home as your background. We bring our hair/makeup artist to pamper mom and make her feel her best for those family and mother/baby shots.
Capture the beautiful season of expecting a new addition to your family with portraits that will last forever. These are the nine months of expecting joy, revealing your news to family and friends, hearing a heartbeat beat for the first time, receiving black and white ultrasound pictures of little hands and feet developing, setting up the nursery, and treasuring every moment with anticipation and excitement.

Our experience with Misty was amazing! She treated us like we were old friends, even though it was only my second time meeting her and my family's first. Her set-ups were exceptional! I hired Misty to capture the first few years of both of my children’s lives. She has taken countless photos from newborn through age 5, as well as family photos for us. Both of my children know and love “Miss Misty!”

I did a professional photo shoot with Misty and her team. It was a great experience... I brought my clothes in and she had hair & makeup there on site. I really felt pampered. It was a fun too as her studio is like out of a story book! I love the photos as I don't feel I take good pictures but she did her magic and I am pleased. If you need photos that are great, I completely recommend Misty and her team.

All I wanted for Christmas was professional pictures. So when I saw Misty’s ad I reached out to her. My boyfriend and I went to have our pictures taken the week prior to Christmas. It was an amazing day outside. We brought our dogs and Misty did an awesome job fit them right into our pictures. Misty’s property is beautiful and each setting was just spectacular. We had an absolutely magical experience in Misty's gorgeous and creatively staged areas, my children had FUN!! And that made the whole experience stress free and lovely for mom and dad! This isn't a cramped little studio that has your kid's running in circles and tripping over cords! It also lead to breathtaking pictures that we will cherish forever. Misty gave us the funnest time ever while having our photo shoot with her! My husband and I are retirement age and wanted pictures that we can treasure. What we got is fabulous!! Our grown children were so excited when they saw the pics...said we looked like two teenagers having fun! And because of Misty’s talent and loving personality, we had a great time!
