It’s been more than a month, they are still working on the solution. Too much delay, and inexperienced service guys. We scheduled a service today and they say the order is not ready yet, will take another two weeks or a month to get the item, and change the appointments very often.
Inexperienced technicians, and representatives are just delaying.

Made an appointment with them that was for 10am - 12pm at 11:05 I got a call from them which was after they texted saying the were on their way and after I got a text saying my time changed to 1 pm - 3 pm. Which then turned in to 4 pm to 6pm. Here it is 8:14 and no tech here still! Was promised after the first call I would be serviced today much to my surprise I’m still not serviced!!! Calling Home warranty company and getting a new company first thing in the morning!! Ridiculous the lack of respect for other people’s time and lack of communication
