Services
If you die before making a will, the "descent and distribution" laws of the state in which you reside become your will. Although descent and distribution laws vary from state to state, they generally result in the surviving spouse's financial activities being restricted where there are children of the marriage and no efforts being made to save on estate taxes.
Diana is an amazing attorney, always there when you need her and always keeps you posted on what's happening with your case. She actually came to the hospital when my business partner was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer to help us get everything taken care of that needed to be completed prior to him passing.

My friend recommended Diana Z. About 4 years ago. I didn't know of any Family Law Attorneys in Rancho Cucamonga area and my friend has been her client for many years along with other family members. My husband and I worked with Diana to complete a family trust. Several years ago I used Diana to write up a prenuptial agreement. The agreement was so ironclad my fiancee's attorney advised her against signing it. She signed, and eight years later decided to go splitsville. The divorce was quick and painless because there was nothing to contest (no kids involved) as it was all spelled out in the agreement. I got into a very bad car accident 2 years ago, and luckily at the time, I was living in brea. I found Diana from all the great yelp reviews, and I am glad I did. She was fantastic. Any questions I had, and concerns I needed addressed, she would help me. She made me feel comfortable at such a rough time in my life. I pray I don't end up in another car accident, but if I do, she will be the person I go to. I went to Diana to take care of my estate planning. I had done some basic research, but was still unfamiliar with exactly what needed to be done and didn't really understand all the parts of it. I'm not going to make this very long but we've had a terrible experience with this attorney. There were too many incidents that made us lead to believe that she wasn't working for our interest and/or was incompetent. We've had to fix many clerical errors as well. Many important direct questions were left unanswered unless pressed.
