Myle Nguyen is an associate attorney at Gill Law Group, PC. She focuses her practice on family law matters, handling a wide range of cases including domestic violence, assisted reproductive paternity, same-sex divorce, and complex property division. Ms. Nguyen takes a calculated approach to each of her cases bringing legal research, strong advocacy, and years of experience to every case.
Attorney Shawna Murray joined Gill Law in Orange County to further grow our family law practice. Shawna will be focusing entirely on family law cases that come to our firm. She also has experience with estate planning, probate, and bankruptcy law. As someone who has been through a divorce herself, she knows what our clients are going through and what needs to be done to both progress their case and put their worries at ease.
Mona joined the firm in 2018. She uses her extensive multitasking skills and customer service experience to facilitate the essentials for the clientele. Mona believes in a compassionate and truly caring approach with all clients. She is quickly building her skills to master a successful career path as a Paralegal, and as a former support officer with 10 years of enforcement and intergovernmental experience, she's an integral part of the firm.

Get ready for the bait and switch. "5k is all it will take to get this case done" well thats what Raj said 15k and 1.5 yrs ago on a very simple divorce. You will do all the work and they will get all the pay. someone on an earlier review said "not all lawyers are bad, but he is" is a very true statement. Everytime you email them the cost is $35 even if its a simple response. Phone calls can get into the hundreds. however he will always apply his "Courtesy Discount" so he doubles the bill and issues you a small discount. i would never advise someone to go it alone but

I was able to get a next day appt with Raja who saw me promptly upon arrival. He used a direct, efficient approach to determine whether my situation qualified for legal action, which saved us valuable time. Do not go here! Raja is sexist and condescending. He helped OC instead of helping me. He made my children get taken away. The case he lost has now been thrown out, I am divorced with full custody of my children after hiring someone else. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY. He also makes inappropriate remarks about my finances and mental health. His staff is useless and rude.

Wanted to post a follow up to my previous review. I worked with Gill Law Group for almost a year, a stressful, unpleasant year at that. Raja and his team are so great. I met with Raja several times while he was representing my fiance in a custody situation. We were horribly represented by this law firm. They are not on your side, they will not help you, and they will drain your wallet before they've even filed one document. Raj is as shady as they come. I highly recommend looking somewhere else for people who will represent YOU, not the money they are going to make off you.

I put surprises me that this office has all positive reviews. I retained Raja at the end of Nov 2019 and by the end of Dec 2019, my total charge was almost $6,000 and that's with a courtesy discount. I informed the office that I have children to support and I could no longer afford them. Stephanie called me the day after I was no longer represented by them and said that as a courtesy they will represent me at my hearing. I sent a message for possible representation in a family law matter. I was specific as to where the courthouse was. He sent a message Asking for my phone number and stated let's see what we can do for you.
When I asked for his state bar number, He sent a message stating that on second thought they're not taking any new clients that have court hearings in my area and referred me to the State bar without providing me with his number.
So glad I saw this now without hiring another lawyer that is looking for clients without brains.

I hired Gill Law Group about 6 months ago as attorneys for my terminally ill father who is going through a terrible divorce from a truly evil woman, with the devil herself as her attorney. I couldn't be more relieved to have this firm in our corner! Divorce is soooo ugly, and family court is incredibly stressful, but Raja, Katlin and Alan are so knowledgable, calm and collected, and they don't miss a beat!
