Staff does not follow through with things they say they will do. Had multiple maintenance issues with the apartment I rented and was threatened to be fined because of someone else’s vandalism. It has been 48 days since I moved out and still haven’t received my deposit back. It has been an overall horrible experience with this company. Would not rent here again or recommend renting from this company.

I used Donna Garrett as my buyers agent during my recent home search and she was a MIRACLE WORKER in every aspect of those words. I cannot express how incredible she was in every step of the way, especially in a market like today. Had the experience of working with Barbara Thomas on selling two rental houses that my brother and I had inherited several years ago. We both live out of state so she had the extra task of communicating with both of us on any offers or changes. She handled all communication without a problem and in a timely manner. She guided us thru the offer acceptance process and after just 3 months we had both houses sold. She was very professional in all dealings with us and communicated clearly. It was a pleasure to work with Barbara.
