I encourage everyone to beware and be very careful when working with this agent. Even if homes do not appraise or appraise for hundreds of thousands of dollars less than listing price, she tries to take the earnest money from buyers and leaves sellers houses on market for months. Be sure that if you don't get timely responses from her (it took days during negotiations and offerings well over appraisal) that you withdraw your offer. She will drag it out and become unresponsive, making it very hard to sell a house. Be sure to ask if the properties have had appraisals and how much they appraised

Epps Realty leased me a home and they were THE BEST landlords I have ever had! Sarah (agent) and Melinda (property manager) helped us with everything. ANY time something needed to get done they went out of their way to make sure we were happy tenants. Sad to say we moved and no longer have them as our landlords but my family misses them terribly and will use them as our realtors to find our forever home! I would recommend to anyone! They clearly are going above and beyond to improve and make their clients happy

Stay away from this agency. Last year my father decided to retire and we were going to sell his business and building. Belinda Epps got in contact with him and talked him into signing a real estate contract for the property (for sale or rental). As she presented herself as a broker and my father is elderly he was confused as to what he signed. He thought he was dealing with a broker for the business as well. The contract was extremely one sided and unfair to my father and prevented us from engaging a broker for the business. As I have a power of attorney for my father I called Ms Epps to discuss

Epps reality, Belinda and Melinda are the worst people to deal with. They are rude and talk down to people like they are not human. Not only that but they are lazy , and will put off any needs that their clients express until they feel like it. They are liars and will say anything they want about the people they deal with. DO NOT do business with these people or this agency ,renting or buying. You will regret it, and upon reading other reviews, we are not the only people this has happened to.

His is the worse compnay i have ever dealt with! they are rude and treat customers as if they are less than human. i recently brought a home and the company was the seller's agent! they have no morals and are very under handed as a company. brenda and the rest of this team are awful business people! they gave me and my husband the run around on repairs they were suppose to make prior to costing which they didn't and than refuse to close them. during the buying process they were rude to my loan officer and my family! my husband and i are both veterans and have never been treated to horribilty
