Tom holds a Civil Engineering degree from Manhattan College and has over 40 years experience managing projects totaling more than $500 million dollars. Once established Tom's business grew based on word of mouth and the size of his team increased as the number of projects grew. Even as the construction market declined, Napoli Construction has been able to remain successful based on loyal clients who appreciate the service we provide.

As founder and owner of Napoli Construction, Tom has instilled his values into the company. Shortly after graduating he began work as a project superintendant on NYC public school projects which continued for five years. During that time he had two children, Elizabeth and Andrew, and a third, Patrick, was on the way.
Divison Manager responsible for all public and private general construction projects for a $15 Million per year division. Projects included many rehab and new school projects for the State of New Jersey School Construction Program. Turned the division from negative asset to a high profit center for this $40 Million per year company.
