I've been fortunate to have Christian Richter as the insurance agent for the house that my daughter and I have. In addition to being very professional, which is what I'd hope our agent would be, he is very personable and easy to talk to. No hiddden agenda; just a genuinely nice and helpful person, unlike some insurance agents I've dealt with in the… past, unfortunately. Instead of making you feel stupid about asking questions regarding all that "legalese", he's very patient in trying to explain what you want to know. Not sure if you heard yet but my wife was in an accident today and was t-boned. I'm obviously not an adjuster but the air bags deployed and the… passenger side front wheel was pushed in badly. Being a first time home buyer, the escrow paperwork was overwhelming but John Carter made my process of making a decision regarding my home insurance easy. These guys are great! I'm a military spouse, and our homeowner's and auto policy was with a company that promised it would take care of its military members.
