Owner DDee West Patton has built A Magic Touch Mobile Massage from its humble beginnings of just one massage therapist, all the way to being the premier professional outcall and on-site therapy and spa treatment service in the Southwestern United States. Today, A Magic Touch has 40 massage therapists, 7 nail technicians, 6 aestheticians, and 3 personal chefs.
An outcall massage (also known as an in-home massage or mobile massage) is when a professionally trained therapist brings a table or chair to your office, home, or other location. The professional therapist will use all appropriate draping techniques and will supply music. You are expected to provide a quiet location, and payment will be collected at time of service.

Don't do it!!!!!!!! The company is the worse!!!!! First, "Dee" is unprofessional, and a poor communicator. Our first phone conversation when making the appointment, she wasn't thorough and I had to pull… information out of her; she was dismissive. My family was in town visiting for my mother's 75th birthday and their flight was delayed, so the appointment was delayed; I informed Dee and it was no problem. Dee told me one of the contractors had to leave at a certain so I opted to not have services since we were running late and told Dee it was permissible to charge me anyway. Also, one the

I cannot speak more highly of this massage company! They were prompt in responding and communication was A+ throughout the process. The massage therapist I had caught that I had bulging disks in my neck. I had been going to massage therapist for months because of neck and back pain and no one told me this or caught it. Because of this I was able to initiate chiropractic care and take care of the problem. I could not recommend this service more highly.

Worth every penny. We hired three therapists for three hours for a customer appreciation day at my office and it didn't cost nearly as much as I expected. The ladies were early and set up before the appointment. Nothing but positive responses from my clients who all work in an industry known for back and neck problems. Deedee is super nice and responds quickly via phone or text. We're definitely looking forward to having them again next year.

Ddee and her team are Aces in my book. I'm a Private Concierge for the Palm Springs market and I had guests that wanted massages and mani/pedis done in the home, I found A Magic Touch Mobile Massage and the guests loved it! I found Ddee to be very professional and accommodating, she was able to work with the client's schedule and WOW them! All we can say is wow! We were having a party and thought it would be fun to have a few massage therapists come and give neck massages around the pool. But the idea didn't come to us until a couple hours before the party. So we called around and got voicemail after voicemail of "mobile therapists." When we came across "A Touch of Mobile Magic" we were hesitant because they were based out of Arizona. We decided to try them out and it was the PERFECT decision! I called to check availability after 5pm tonight. I was able to get a 90 minute massage with Liz at 6:30pm. It was heavenly. We travel to Newport Beach 3-4 times a year.
This is my second time using this mobile service and the therapists have been amazing both times. I highly recommend their services. It is so convenient and easy!

I called A Magic Touch for a couples massage in my home, they had 2 therapists here in 2 hours! The massages very easy to book and the massages were awesome! The massage therapists brought music, candles and everything. Making it one of the most romantic evenings we have had in a long time. I have used this service several times, and have always been very happy with the services they provide. I highly recommend them!

I used this company for a manicure party for my wife's birthday. I was happy with the nail techs that came and performed the service, but I am very displeased with an unprofessional email that came from the owner shortly after. One of the girls left early and we tipped her; the second girl stayed the duration of the party and we tipped her too. I got an email telling me that we didn't tip enough and that our tip was not good and inadequate. She went on to pressure me to put more tip on the credit card I originally provided for the deposit. She sent this insulting email without communicating

I decided to give a mobile massage service a try for the first time this morning after waking up with a very sore back after moving yesterday. They got someone to my house in just a couple of hours. The therapist was early to the appointment, very professional and competent, and had everything with her. She spent some extra time on an injured area of my back from a car accident and got it feeling better than it has in over a year. This is a good, professional and highly responsive mobile massage service.

I set up a same-day appointment and DeDee was very professional and responsive to my message and finding an available masseuse to come to my house. The massage was for my girlfriend and she thought the massage was amazing.
So while I can't speak for the massage myself, I can say that they were very professional and easy to deal with and that counts for a lot. Will definitely be using them again.
