Our French Quarter location consists of two floors for services: the first floor used for hair and nail services and the second floor for our full body massage services.
We require that you put a credit card on file when booking any spa service. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Critical: Professionalism
Poor communication skills and lack of professionalism, why have people book online if appt aren’t available for that time slot, and when asked about it she gives an attitude stating “well our system is different from everyone else” yep def won’t gain our service. Learn to talk more professional to potential customers.

My girlfriend just went up there for a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure looks decent but the manicure was very poorly done. She asked multiple times for the nails to be fixed shaped more to her liking but the technician probably just does not know how to do it correctly or take direction. It was rushed, and after reading some of the other reviews we came to the realization that this spot is not it. The owner is lucky is wasn’t there, I would have refused to pay the manicure service and only paid pedicure. If you aren’t good at your craft don’t rush. Do not go here to get your nails

As much as really expensive places have an atmosphere that feels like Nirvana (from what I've been told), I work for a living and needed some care in a more accessible way. These professionals handled everything beautifully and efficiently. Tara pulled more radiance from my face than i ever knew existed, and Morgan gave me a massage that erased years of tension. Very spirited and wholesome conversation was a nice bonus. I ended my visit with a five star haircut and a perfect hand and foot clip and polish, with a great massage as well. Check these people out. They're legit.

Hi all! I definitely recommend Riverside Nails and Spa. As a long time client I pretty much get all of my spa services there. The nail techs are quick, good and always professional. The owner does my hair and always kindly reminds me when it time for a trim. :) The massages there are also pretty great. I highly recommend and have referred a few people to them. The pricing for services are very reasonable and worth their value. If you’re looking for a good place for nails, hair and massages go to Riverside!

Listen!!!!!!!! I haven't done my nails in like 2.5 months I was so grateful that they managed to accommodate us (boyfriend and I) last minute. Even offered us champagne 🥂🍾😁. They have taken great precautions and have their spa covid-19 safe👌🏾. Very friendly service and just two blocks from Bourbon Street, if that! So get your nails did💅 and get you a drink after and take it easy in the Big Easy 🎺📯🥂
