My passion for fitness began during my Kinesiology classes at Penn State. After college, I went into law enforcement and knew that working out and being physically fit would help my performance at work. During this time, my mind shifted from viewing exercise as a task to adopting it as a part of my lifestyle.
I know this sounds clich but if I can do it you Definitely can! Before I met Dalton I tried so many things to lose weight like cross fit classes, weight watchers, T25 and several other Beachbody DVDs, shakeolgy, gym personal trainers, etc. I would lose 5-10lbs but could never stay consistent enough to keep it off or lose more weight.

Dalton does a really great job at pushing his clients to perform their best and achieve the results they're seeking. I'm down 20lbs in 2 months. The workouts have been challenging, but rewarding!
